I have learned how to work with group and how to communicate with each other about workshop. I have learned how to use discussion board to look each other's ideas and pick best three ideas to send to Dr. Keane. We have come up with pretty good ideas. I have not went to observe workshop to help me learn what to do about workshop. So I think I will go to Lowman's Home next week to observe the workshop. We are still discussing about what time and where is the best about workshop.

I am looking forward to help teach old people how to use computer, using internet, or whatever they want to learn about technology. I have to come up with good style like play games, teach them how to use internet, etc. So that way they won't be bored and go sleep while listening to lecture. I want them feel comfortable about using computer and keep practicing use the computer more often. I know that some of them might be fear that they will break the computer. That is my way of teaching style.

I have read these two articles from module 3.1. I did not really know that older people use internet so it is new to me. So what i have learned is that more people continously using internet to improve their internet skills and some have took some classes. I know there are a lot of our age using internet everyday, and mid-aged people do too. I think they should using internet everyday to improve their skills like they learned abc, add, and subtract. These articles are good to read and gain knowledge about people using interent everyday by training to use just basic skills like word processing, etc.

Workplace Learning

What I have learned from searching through ten web sites that i tagged into delicious.com are that there are pretty good sites for job that need to learn new softwares and learn how to interacte with workers to make job easier. I have learn a lot from reading these websites for examples: how to divide workers with computer skill that requires learning new softwares that put in, how to learn on your own on new software that you are not familiar with. There are other things I have learned which are how to interact with others and how to work better in suitable environment. I think that is all I have learned so far with these web sites.
